Spitfire was formed in 2008 by film, TV and games composers Paul Thomson & Christian Henson as a private enterprise to create a set of compositional tools that were more satisfactory than the ones that were commercially available at that time.

Spitfire’s aim is to encourage composers to write great music, to promote celebrate and preserve the amazing talents of British musicians, technicians and studios. To encourage people to use live musicians, and by writing with Spitfire tools, to compose the kind of music that make musicians shine. To continue making samples “THE SPITFIRE WAY”.

This Collection Contain the following Stuff :

http://i.imgur.com/LBe1KV9.jpg

After the delights of enormous string libraries, providing broad brush stroke approaches to writing, which have characterised recent film, gaming and TV music to some extent, Spitfire are at last proud to present a new set of brushes. The finest of sable brushes if you will, to provide you with the tools you need to write detailed and focussed string parts that have a personality and style that represents your personality, that expresses your creative will and provides you with fresh pastures of experimentation.

SPITFIRE PRESENTS SABLE.

Part of a new, long-term project entitled THE BRITISH MODULAR LIBRARY providing composers with the ability to add fine detail, musical expression, beauty and focus to their work. To write music that musicians love to play and to get the most out of smaller ensembles and the wealth of timbral colour and character they can add to any project. After many years of development experience Spitfire will present this library with a user interface and set of features unprecedented in any library to date. With 7 mic positions, recorded at 96k through vintage valve and ribbon mics to tape through Neve premaps and Prism convertors, and presented at 48k, 24bit in Kontakt format, and additionally three extremely useful ‘mixed’ versions presented in Stereo and 5.1 Surround.

Sable is presented in modular volumes and consists of the finest players London has to offer, playing in the hall at Air Studios, regarded as one of the greatest scoring stages in the world.

The Sable band is 4 x 1st Violins, 3 x 2nd Violins (totally different players seated in their correct positions), 3 x Violas, 3 x Cellos and 3 x Contrabasses.

SABLE 1 Features “essential articulations” for the 1st violins and cellos. A deep and detailed articulation list that will provide you with everything you need to create the most amazing string parts. We feel that this module is a game-changer, the first time such a powerful tool can operate within your palette that doesn’t behave like a steam train of strings ploughing through your compositions obliterating everything in it’s path. With an Albion as a base unit, these sable brushes bring everything into sharp focus. But as a complete set, these will be a thing to behold. We hope sampled section strings will never sound the same again and usher in a new era of sophisticated and diverse string writing.

SABLE 2 Will compliment Sable 1’s “essential articulations” for the 1st violins and cellos, with a similar selection of “essential articulations” for 2nd violins, violas and basses. We can’t ignore the 2nd violins, it’s usually just suggested you duplicate a 1st violin patch. We don’t like that, and what’s more we record everything in-situ so it would leave a massive hole in our panning spectrum. So this slightly smaller section (a3 to give you even more nuanced control) v2s are a complimentary set of totally different players, playing totally different instruments in a different seating position, alongside the violas and further along the basses. A deep and detailed module that will provide you with everything you need to create the most amazing string parts. TUBA, CIMBASSO, CIMBASSO A2, CONTRABASS TROMBONE.

REQUIRES A FULL VERSION OF KONTAKT 4+ TO RUN.

After the delights of enormous brass libraries and ensembles, providing broad brush stroke approaches to writing, which have characterised recent film, gaming and TV music to some extent, Spitfire are at last proud to present some of the greatest brass players in the world to provide you with the tools you need to write detailed and focussed orchestral music.

This is the fifth instalment in our BML (British Modular Library) Range.

British brass players are renowned around the world for their talent, flair, virtuosity and versatility. Composers travel the globe to come and work with them. One particular area of excellence is in our “low” brass players.

THE TUBA

A wide bore valved brass instrument used as a bass or contrabass member of an orchestra. Often used as a comedy effect for it’s short farty parps, it is often forgotten what a beautiful chocolatey tone it can give. Arranging for a choir of tuba, euphoniums and horns would provide a seemless onslaught of tear inducing beauty. In the right hands (and in Owen Slade here, we certainly are!) they can be incredibly lyrical but also, at the lowest part of their register and upper dynamic levels, monstrous and utterly terrifying!

THE CONTRABASS TROMBONE

Wagner Strauss and Schoenberg are some composers who put this instrument through its paces, however, the eponimous Samuel Adler in his book “The Study Of Orchestration” rather flippantly remarked “Since the contrabass trombone taxes the performer so greatly, we advise not to write for the instrument…” Pah to that! London has a handful of fine players and in this library we have the finest.

So the CB Trombone is as the name would suggest, part of the trombone family; a brass lipped reed aerophone with a cylindrical bore featuring the familiar telescopic slide. Be warned though, whilst we have looped the samples here be wary when writing loud lower parts. You’d be lucky to get half a bar of sustained notes in these conditions.

THE CIMBASSO

In 1881 G.C. Pelitti created at Verdi’s request a new low brass instrument, the “trombone basso Verdi”. Verdi scored for this instrument in subsequent operas, Otello and Falstaff, thereafter it was adopted by most Italian orchestras. It slipped into obscurity in the 20th century (orchestras opting to pass these parts onto the Tuba) but has seen a recent revivial, especially in the realm of film scores. It is a valved instrument with the appearance of a tuba that has been on a very effective diet. Whilst it’s range is quite low it’s finer bore doesn’t offer as much chocolatey bottom end that the Tuba does. But it’s not this that we’re looking for with a Cimbasso, for the real character of the instrument is in it’s upper dynamics and Cuivre style of playing. For therein lies a sound that could have sprung straight out of a Hyronemous Bosch painting.

EPIC CINEMATIC TOOLS

Made from a totally new set of samples recorded in May and June 2011 at Air-Studios Lyndhurst Hall, ALBION is the most exciting addition to Spitfire’s commercial range to date. A one-stop-shop of thundering orchestral delights….

ALBION ORCHESTRA – “…if you need a palette of powerful orchestral ensembles which will inspire your writing, galvanise your scores and generally add class, sheen, size, power and depth to your orchestral armoury, the library delivers in spades.” Sound On Sound Magazine October 2011.

The finest orchestral session musicians playing the finest, rarest instruments, recorded at Air Studios – Lyndhurst Hall, London, through the finest vintage, valve, and ribbon mics to 2″ tape. The only tape based orchestral library in the world. This is all you need to write epic sounding, widescreen cinematic orchestral music straight out of the box. Recorded in sections, this library features rich, aggressive and lyrical strings; punchy, growling brass; and some seriously malevolent woodwinds.

All patches come with 4 mixable/ routable and selectable mic positions C(lose), T(ree), A(mbient) and O(outrigger). Work with one mic “in” on your laptop on the plane, then render down with all four routed to 5.1 on your “big rig” back at your studio.

In addition to that, true legato is available across all choirs of the orchestra. A new and innovative addition is our “Ostinatum” engine that helps you build exciting and unexpected arrangements to your flowing top-lines and a huge bank of mod wheel fade orchestral FX to provide you with some alearic colours.

DARWIN PERCUSSION“The ‘cinematic’ sound of big, booming drums and scary, low?pitched rumbles and crashes, preferably recorded in a highly reverberant hall acoustic… this type of explosive, earth?shaking racket is amply covered in Albion.” Sound On Sound Magazine October 2011.

Darwin Percussion is a thunderous collection of massive cinematic drums, ear piercing metal slams, sub sonic thuds, a cymbal ensemble and exciting mid and high range action sections. Available with 4 round robins, 4 dynamic layers and 3 mic positions.

STEPHENSON’S STEAM BAND – “…introducing a psychedelic, other?worldly quality. The pads section ranges from dreamy, gently swelling chordal textures to enormous, multi?octave ‘choir of the gods’?style patches.” Sound On Sound Magazine October 2011.

Derived and punked entirely from our orchestral recordings, to make these “other-worldly” soundscapes easier to mix into the orchestral sound-palette. With X/Fade modulation and 2 mic positions for surround information. Whilst being enormous in scale and interest, all pads and drones are harmonically monophonic for true musical integration into your cues.

BRUNEL LOOPS – A selection of esoteric tools designed to sit on top of your mix to add sparkle and “motivation”. These feature up to 4 dynamic layers of MW Xfade and an advance FX sequencer.

Winning two Future Music awards: “Platinum” and “Value”. The magazine awarded Albion these scores: 8/10 for Stability, 10/10 for Value, 9/10 for Ease Of Use, 9/10 for Versatility, 9/10 for Results.

It is quite simply a must for any aspiring film composer, and equally any existing film composer wishing to pump life back into a tired palette of sounds. Recorded in London for that truly “British” sound, Albion is the only library commercially available in the world today.

CINEMATIC DETAIL & BEAUTY

Following in the huge success of the thundering Albion I – Epic Cinematic Tools – Spitfire are delighted to announce Albion II – Loegria. Ablion II is designed as a stand-alone tool, and everything you would need to write beautiful and esoteric film scores out-of-the-box. We are excited to present an incredible Chamber sized String group of the first call session players in the UK, again designed as High and Low Ensembles. At last this intimate sound is available with Spitfire’s mic mixing ability, and with strings that concentrate also on an array of additional techniques not found in Albion I, and woods and brass that centre more on “choral” use of such sections. Loegria is a must buy for Albion users wishing to expand on the possibilities of that broad & thumping tool-set, but also stands alone as a superb tool for creating intimate scores.

ALBION ORCHESTRA – As with Albion I, everything is recorded at Air-Studios Lyndhurst Hall through the finest and rarest vintage valve and ribbon mics onto 2″ tape. Every patch is available with four way mic control and all shorts patches work with the newly enriched “Ostinatum” v3 gadget. We have a mixture of true legato, longs, and shorts patches, the latter of which are recorded with 4 round robins.

The strings sound-set (in addition to it’s standard, long, short and legato sets) features a comprehensive selection of additional techniques; the much called for tremolando patches, trills, harmonics, flautando (stunningly beautiful), light col legno and a variety of shorts patches. With our Loegria| Chamber Band, we feel we have created the most successful sounding chamber strings package commercially available today. In addition to the full section, we have duplicated full longs and legatos with a smaller ‘half section’ sized band. With the 4-way mic control the sound is very adaptable and we feel the smaller section is better suited to independent scores, period pieces, romance and comedy, not to mention vocal accompaniment – pop tracks and alike.

The brass range concentrates on the true beauty of British brass sections and their heart wrenching choral qualities. We have two ensembles recorded, a bank of Euphonia and Horns, and the more ancient but no less beautiful Sackbut choir.

The wind section concentrates on the beautiful simplistic qualities of traditional wooden recorders. Played by a group of the finest players of this instrument in the world.

BYRON BEATS – Not only will Loegria be great to provide a single stop solution for beautiful romantic, period scores, finer sounding strings for pop tracks, or detail to your thundering Albion I mockups, it will also give you everything you need to come up with esoteric independent style film scores. Byron beats is an inspiring place to start any new indy cue. Here will be a comprehensive selection of rhythm loops inspired by a popular keyboard instrument from the 60s and 70s (you know the one, it used real tape). As there were only a few of these rhythms recorded on the original classic they have been subject to massive over-use. Loegria provides an entirely new comprehensive bank of these style of rhythms. Recorded ‘vintage style’ through a rare Cadac desk, these loops will feature both the original full bandwidth analogue recordings and also ‘vintage’ versions whose signal path includes a line mixer owned and used by Jimi Hendrix. These loops and patterns are designed to tempo lock with your host.

DARWIN PERCUSSION – Another selection of thundering cinematic drums to reinvigorate your Darwin collections, or indeed start you off with everything you would expect from ‘cinema’ style percussion. We have gone deeper this time with 5 round robins, 5 dynamic layers and more hits. We have also recorded and edited “tight” and for that hooffner (very big indeed) sound; “loose” versions of the patches which really give you a sense of manpower behind the recordings.

FENTON REVERSALS Any media composer knows that a tricky cut or a suddenly revised edit can make a mess of the musicality of a cue. And the way to blur a jump in music, a sudden 3/4 bar or a cut that runs in the middle of a beat, is to use some form of reversed material. Fenton Reversals are a selection of super cool reverses derived from the Albion range and locked into your host tempo so you don’t need to line them up. A lot of these are also mod wheel dynamic cross fade control.

STEPHENSON’S STEAM BAND As with Albion I, we have taken the orchestral elements found herein and have warped them out of all recognition into a scintillating set of dozens of pads, drones and atmos. With two way mic control and modulation control, which sometimes effect dynamic and at other times act to “disintegrate” the sound, these sounds mix beautifully in with your orchestral arrangements as they are of wholly organic source.

As successful composers Paul Thomson, Christian Henson and the rest of the Spitfire team understand the tools that we all need to deliver inspiration in times of creative drought, speed of use when up against the clock and scaleability on a number of systems when composition on your laptop on the red-eye from NY to LA is required. Loegria is the second instalment in the Albion range that delivers all this to you and at a price which is simply irresistible. We’ve loved beta testing this and many of it’s fine features are already making their way to dubbing theatres. In all honesty we think it’s the nicest sounding library we’ve ever produced. But that’s enough from us click HERE what other people have been saying about us.

CINEMATIC LOW-END APOCALYPSE

WHERE ORCHESTRAL EPIC DINES OUT WITH THE ROUGHEST FILTHIEST DUBSTEP AND GRIME.

(ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO VAT WITHIN THE EU)

SEE THE TRAILER HERE.

Where Albion I was a set of broad cinematic aerosol cans, Albion – Volume II – Loegria a finer set of detailed sable brushes. Albion III Iceni is a cricket bat, a mace, a large trunk of blunt tree to bludgeon to death any track or cue it comes near.

Iceni is an investigation into low end, thundering enormity, horrifying rasp and obliterating distortion.

Featuring over 300 sickeningly fat, grimy, epic and mangled LOOPS by some exciting emerging UK-based producer/ programmer/ composers including The Flight (Lana Del Ray, Rufus Wainwright, Skye, Jess Mills, Bjork), Stanley Gabriel (Kate Bush, Ladyhawke, Little Boots) and Christian Henson (Programmer on Spy Game, Narnia, Composer of Severance, Black Death, Devil’s Double).

The largest and lowest sets of drums available for use in London, including rare British marching toms. Played by the leader and members of the Olympic opening ceremony’s drum corps.

Stephenson’s set of SYNTH BASSES, pads and sequences generated from and in addition to…. wait for it…..

THE LARGEST, ASSEMBLED WORLD-CLASS, LOW-END ORCHESTRA FOR A COMMERCIAL SAMPLE PROJECT TO-DATE.

THE ENGLISH SESSION ORCHESTRA JUST GOT VERY VERY FAT AND VERY VERY FRIGHTENING:

Winds: 2 contra bassoons, 2 contrabass clarinets, heckelphone, 2 bassoons, 2 bass clarinets, 1 bass saxophone

Brass: 2 tubas, 2 cimbassi, 2 contra bass bones, 3 bass bones

Strings: 0,0,0,24,8 Yes….. that’s no violins, no violas, but 24 ‘Celli, and 8 Basses. Recorded both tutti and in two ‘Celli sections with the ‘Celli split into two on either side of the room with the Basses in the middle. It simply has to be heard to be believed.

Our most expensive commercial venture to-date was recorded to tape via the rarest set of valve and ribbon mics in the hall at Air Lyndhurst, one of the greatest recording studios in the world (Batman Returns, Gladiator, Bourne Ultimatum, Harry Potter, Hunger Games).

The orchestral tool-set is primitively simple and effective; longs, legatos, shorts, with some of the most mind boggling FX in the brass and woods. They’re designed for anyone to use regardless of their experience or understanding of orchestral disciplines and is scaleable on a variety of systems. This is a must-have library whether you’re writing trailers, computer games, TV or film drama or need the new tool for the next generation of Dubstep, Breakbeat, Crunk or Grime.

Launching before Christmas, this is the train-set you always hoped Santa would bring you, but be warned, this library will make you feel dirty when you use it, you’ll need a Silkwood style scrub-down after use and your subwoofer is just about to get the hiding of its life.

The Definitive Range : Essential orchestral Staples

http://i.imgur.com/1laBfcq.jpg

1- Spitfire Percussion REDUX V.1.3 KONTAKT | 26.84GB

http://i.imgur.com/MjfnroJ.jpg

Recorded at Air Studios, Lyndhurst Hall, one of the greatest scoring stages in the world and showcasing the searing talents of percussionist prodigy Joby Burgess. Spitfire Percussion is a genre defining bench mark, offering ultimate playability, reality, with the impact but also clarity of the hall, and a controllability and depth not to be found anywhere else in a library of this type. As with all of our modules, this is designed specifically for the media composer and we hope it will be a tool for music makers to use for generations to come.

This is simply vast array of instruments stretching over 160 patches, grouped across, Drums Hi, Drums Lo, Mallets Metal (which includes the Harry Potter celeste!), Mallets Wood, Timpani, Toys, Unpitched Metal (including some awesome cinematic anvils and a selection of amazing trash) and Unpitched Wood. However we haven’t bored you with hundreds of different beater types, we have built – we believe – the definitive Marimba patch, alongside the vibraphone, and xylophone, and a definitive timpani featuring a multi stick dynamic & pitch range that gives a powerful but controllable sound as the percussionist would play it on the scoring stage.

All instruments are deeply sampled with up to 8 round robins per dynamic and up to 8 dynamics per note.

All instruments have the ability to mix and/or mute mic positions from the front panel: Close mics, Decca tree and Ambient outriggers. Route the spots into your centre channel, the tree in L&R and the ambients in Ls & Rs, and you also have a perfect 5.0 perc library. Or simply keep in stereo and mix according to taste. All controls can be fully automated.

We are confident that once you buy this, you will never buy another orchestral percussion library.

About “Redux”:

Having purposely future-proofed this project massively by recording instruments with up to 8 dynamic layers, 8 round robins* and three mixable mic positions. It has actually taken technology a while to catch-up with the true potential of this library.

This Redux version embraces the power, memory and voice possibilities of recent advances in technology coupled with many innovations made in Spitfire’s “Albion” range to provide a total overhaul of how this library works, namely:

• Unified look to bring it in line with other Spitfire releases. The same multimic with purging/levels you’re used to working with in Albion/Albion 2.
• All-in-one patches giving you all the articulations and playing styles of an instrument in a single keyswitch-able patch to optimise templates.
• Ability to latch articulations to CCs, pedals and custom keyswitches to suit your individual workflow.
• Extensive purging options to optimise memory for your individual setups. Select how many RR and articulations are active and loaded into memory.
• Extended ‘Neighbouring zones’ RR (round robin) for melodic percussion, potentially tripling the RR count
• Configurable release volumes, dynamics and expression from the front panel
• Customisable velocity mapping – map the dynamics to your individual workstation setup.
• Improvements to instruments such as double handed timpani mapping, simulation of dampened bells/glocks/celeste/etc.
• The RHYTHM MATRIX. A whole new way of building percussion arrangements, patterns and sequences.

http://i.imgur.com/VXiT1ty.jpg

Spitfire Harpsichord is part of what we refer to as the “Definitive” range of Spitfire commercial products.Whereby we aim to provide a single stop solution, a definitive version of an instrument or group of instruments. It is our intention that these modules are the best in their field and are sampled in a way to future proof advances in technology and provide our users with tools that make the sonic character easily adjustable for a number of applications.

The Spitfire Harpsichord is presented to you by virtuoso Steven Devine whose beautiful instrument (the sound board of which is used in our artwork) and fervent enthusiasm and passion, we hope, has been captured here for your enjoyment. David kindly took us through the technicalities of the instrument and has advised us how best to approach it’s subtle complexities. Combined with our engineer Jake Jackson’s masterful handling of this instrument in the world famous Lyndhurst Hall, Air – Studios and a set of easily controllable microphone positions, we believe this to be a totally unique addition to your sonic arsenal. But wait ‘til you hear it!

3- Spitfire Harp REDUX V.2.1 KONTAKT | 6.14 GB

http://i.imgur.com/emQUxuE.jpg

A truly spectacular orchestral Harp module just got better, welcome to the definitive edition; HARP REDUX.

Recorded at Air Studios, Lyndhurst Hall, one of the greatest scoring stages in the world and showcasing the extraordinary talent of legendary harpist Skaila Kanga, Spitfire Harp is a new benchmark in expressiveness and sound for commercially available orchestral instruments. The delicate sound blossoms beautifully in the Hall, and the loudest layers ring the walls of Lyndhurst with urgency. As with all of our modules, this is designed specifically for the media composer and we hope it will be a valued tool for music makers to use for generations to come.

The main patch contains the following articulations at up to 4 dynamics and 8 RR:

Normale – normal playing
Près de la table – near the soundboard
Flageolet – harmonics

With, for each of these:

Sons étouffés – damped (sus ped up)
Laissez vibrer – let ring (sus ped down)
Then we also have:
Bisbigliando – unmeasured trem

…and of course
Glissandi – sweeps

These are playable in every key, in the following scales: major, minor harmonic, minor melodic, pentatonic, diminished, whole tone. We have recorded full sweeps up and down, fast and slow, and split the harp into four registers, also fast and slow, up and down, and then recorded a swirly gliss, up and down.

All instruments have the ability to mix and/or mute mic positions from the front panel: Close mics, Decca tree and Ambient outriggers. Route the spots into your centre channel, the tree in L&R and the ambients in Ls & Rs, and you also have a perfect 5.0 perc instrument. Or simply keep in stereo and mix according to taste. All controls can be fully automated.

REDUX EDITION:

• A New Articulation – ‘Slid’ notes – specifically recorded and designed for glissando building, but also a great new playable sound in its own right!

• Pedalling Options – you can now set the harp pedals graphically and then play the white notes – makes playing glisses easy!

• Rescripted From The Ground Up – using the engine from our latest BML range. Fully tweaked for smoother dynamic response.

4- Spitfire Orchestral Grand Piano KONTAKT | 3.06 GB

http://i.imgur.com/zRu52J3.jpg

Orchestral Grand Piano is a super realistic “contextual” piano designed specifically to fit proudly within your full orchestral arrangements. Having recorded it in one of the greatest studios in the world we’re confident it will fit in with any palette. But if you’re an existing Spitfire user, this VI will seamlessly integrate.

Pianos tend to be recorded in a very scientific manner which is why, for larger orchestral mockups and realisations they can often be very difficult to blend in and mix. You will have no such problems here. We simply recorded the piano as we have the rest of our modules. In situ, a real-world setting with mics placed as they would be for any orchestral session. The end result a piano sounding as it would, where it would be and recorded as it would be for any of the great film scores to have been recorded in Air-Studios Lyndhurst Hall.

Recorded through classic vintage mics to 2″ tape, both the analogue and direct digital signal are selectable. 4 true round robins expandable to 12 scripted with 4 controllable mic positions (C(lose), T(ree), O(utrigger) & A(ambient)) & New preset velocity curves.

5- Spitfire Audio LLP SOLO STRINGS LIBRARY KONTAKT FULL | 5.74 GB

http://i.imgur.com/wohDqFz.jpg

With three 3 legendary players and one legendary studio Spitfire continue to roll out a definitive set of composers tools with SOLO STRINGS.

Each instrument has two classes of patch; LEGATO and MULTI MIC.

In Legato mode three interval types; Glissandi, Slur, and Detache are selectable via velocity with up to four layers of dynamic selectable via modulation wheel.

In Multi Mic, various articulations can be dialled in via keyswitches; Long, Staccato, Spiccato, Pizz, Harmonics long and short. These patches are polyphonic with 3-way mic control; Close, Tree & Ambient to mix and shape your sound to desired levels of room ambience, and/ or route for a true 5.1 experience. Dial just the tree mics in whilst your sketching on your laptop for ease on your system, then render back on your “big rig” in full 5.1 before presenting your demos to your director.

This module features the finest of session skill talents available in the UK today with Andrew Haveron on Violin, Bruce White on Viola and Caroline Dale on Cello, these are three players you have heard many many times already, whether in concerts around the world, on any recent Hollywood blockbuster recorded in the UK, or a raft of exceptional independent movie appearances and top tracks from a who’s who of pop and rock.

All three players were recorded in situ’ the “Spitfire Way” at Lyndhurst Hall, Air Studios, arguably one of the finest in the world and home to 100s of Hollywood blockbuster films and many top recording artists of our age.

  14. Kanadeva says:

OK, now I have to thank you from the heaart. I requestet this because I love SPITFIRE as a company (watch their youtube videos etc.) and want to test their products before I spend a lot of money for it. I hope companies like SPITFIRE understand the purpose of websides like PAZ: a lot of us hobby musicians are spiritual, loving, caring (sharing) and emphatic human beings with great/true love for composing and hearing music.

But: There is to much overprized, bloated stuff/wares on the market (in my point of view ProjectSAM is one of them). Therefore I HAVE TO test software and libraries before I buy them. In my point of view (and I am a very respectful/caring human being) everybody who really loves (classical) music and producing/composing will always BUY the wares/software/libraries he uses.

If someone doens´t really compose from his heart, but only collects warez. Well, they wouldn´t buy your (“Spitfire”) products anyway. For me (studiet engineer, but have a very long/serious illness behind me) PROAUDIOZONE is a fantastic marketing tool for all you software developers and sample libraries makers out there.

Please understand it´s true value and don´t attack without having though about all causalities …

    Thank you PAZ/ZiON.

    • ViP ZeNDA says:

You are absolutely right, many companies do not put even a demo to try the software or in this case libraries for kontakt
I am now working on cubase 7 :)
I said goodbye to my dear cubase 5 air :(

now I want to buy something from FabFilter, all this if I had not been able to test some time would not be safe to spend my money worth :)

  27. Kanadeva says:

I hope you guys support the developers and buy the libraries you use. I have great respect for people who run small businesses (I was running a sportstuff-webshop + ebay-powerseller-shop together with my brother for several years and know how much work it takes to be a small but yet profitable business … unfortunately in my case it didn´t pay out despite the fact that we worked 15-18 hours a day).

You should be thankful that ZiON is doing all this for us but on the other side never forget: Developers of great software/libraries need your support. If you like/love their stuff and of course use it: please buy it as I will do with SPITFIRE in the near future. This guys are truly amazing and deserve every “penny”…

And thank you ZiON one last time … :x5:

    • ViP ZeNDA says:

    • ZiON says:

Hi Zion I saw all missing links but I didn’t knew which one you meant I’m confused about mixed notes and comments and links can you color it ?
    T H X :x8:

  104. RastafariTaz says:

Hi Zion, thank you for your answer. The problem is that I downloaded Sable Vol. 2 from original post “Sable Vol.2″, from the “dfg–_proaudiozone.info 10 parts” and somehow that file was missing and now you compressed Sable Vol.2 differently, that means that if you don’t have that particulary file (i repeat “ax-r0055.s66″), or any of you other guys who succesfully decompressed and could give me and Zion a hand, I will have to download everything again.
See what you can do, if not still great material and can download everything again, but I rather save that time :x19: :x41:

  105. RastafariTaz says:

    You are the best! :x28:

First of all, thanks so much for the libraries. I know how much work goes into posting and you’re amazing! Quick question tho, it appears as if all links are dead (especially ul) is there any chance of a re-up? I know its ridiculously time-consuming but it would be incredible if you were able to. thanks again!

  113. lfc17 says:

Hey Zion! Still trying to download Sable 1.

    you are the MAN!

Zion please put you comments In blue or green so we can see it easily :x35: …..T H X

    • ZiON says:

this error is from your side you extracted it in many folders just extract it in root of disk c or d or anywhere

    • IntroNinja says:

@ STUDENT, the problem is the words are too long for folder names, that is what winrar trying to tell you.

This is what you do, move the rars to the root of your harddrive extract the first batch of rars to a folder….. rename the new folder the other rars extracted to and name it paz(or something small) then extract those rars and they will extract correctly.
      ——————
Let me know if you work :x6:

Find the library folder, click okay (this is to let it grab all the .nki, .nkr, .nkc)you may have to do this,
twice if there is a multi folder(Find the library folder, find the multi folder, click okay

a screen may pop up, saying missing samples
click browse for folder, then click okay…Nothing Else!!!!! (it was save the files as-is)

  117. infinitusCR says:

Dear friends, If you like me, were having problems with Sable 3a and Horns I when loading patches this is what I found:

The .nkc and nkr files have to be renamed to the following:

    Horns_2013_04_30 (nkr and nkc)

    Sable3_2013_06_25 (nkr and nkc)

That worked for me and now they load fine.

Hey Zion is it possible that you could email me so that I could ask you a few things about using Kontakt you had mentioned in a different post that you use multiple versions of Kontakt on the same computer I was wondering if we could chop it up about that and also how I can get one version of Kontakt to load up all my libraries without the encryption error if thats not asking alot let me know how I can contact you or vice versa!!

    x13: :x21: :x23: :x19:

    • IntroNinja says:

      @I Wanna be FREE
I mostly deal with kontakt issues around here, and i’m sure i can get you fully operational with all the libraries you have.
Just shoot me the questions and i will answer you promptly. I don’t think Zion has the time right now but we can await his response. Cheers :x6:

      • I Wanna be FREE says:

        @IntroNinja
SWEEEEEET!!! Thanks a million as always PAZ makes being a premium member well worth it!!..This may get a little long winded but I’ll try and keep it as brief and concise as I can!

So basically I own K5 which came along with my purchase of Komplete 8 so I’m registered with NI and their service center. Im not as cpu savvy as I’d like to be so I haven’t tried to instal a cracked version of K5 as I read from a prior Zion post that not only is there a particular older version that works better with most libraries (ex. LASS, Project Sam, QLEW, and CineSamples…which by the way hardly if ever work for me) but also that you could run multiple versions in the event one works with a particular library and the other does not. Funny thing is that with the spitfire stuff, The horn section, low brass, solo strings and grand piano all work..but when loading Albion, Iceni or Logria i get the OHHH SOOO FRUSTRATING “this patch is encrypted…..crap”.

This is probably some simple as pie shit that Im just to dull to figure out and Im sure you have a template response as it seems to be a common issue for dudes like me with a limited computer IQ..lol anything you could do to help would be a lifesaver and a great help much appreciated!!!! Hope you didn’t fall asleep reading this!

        • IntroNinja says:

@I Wanna be FREE, Remove the problem libraries from the library tab in kontakt and delete these following registry Keys(only for PC Sorry)
          ——————————-
          Example:
          Right-Click and delete
          HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments\Library Name (K5DbCacheImportData)
          HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments\Library Name (K5DbCacheImportSize)
          Click Yes

          Now Right-Click:
          CurInstrDir and click Modify
Go to your sample library and copy the location of the first instrument and add in the Value data box
(it should look something like below)
          I:\Kontakt 5 Libraries\Library Name Library\Instruments\
          Click Okay
          ———————————–
          Go to:
          C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center\Library Name.xml
and delete it remove fully from the recycle Bin(empty that baby lol)
          ——–
Make sure Kontakt close!!! Open it click the refresh button beside the Add Library Tab, then Add Library Name again and it should work(at least you hope)If not, Delete all of the following locations
          ————
          HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments\Library Name
          HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments\Library Name Library
          ======
          HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Library Name
          HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Library Name Library
          ====
          HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Content
(Delete anything named Library Name, all of them must be deleted)Very important!!!!
          —–
          Folder location:
          C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center\Library Name.xml
          ==============================================================
Add the library in kontakt it should work now!!!!
          ======================
Yes, it’s looks a a mess but its very easy if you follow my directions and this will fixed all libraries giving you this issues. Cheers & Sorry for the late reply Didn’t see the your new comment  :x2: :x6:

    @IntroNinja

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately Im on a mac BUT I did notice something after I read your post. The problem libraries all have .nkx files in the samples folder..It appears that on a mac all the libraries that have either the actual wav files or .ncw files in the samples folder work with out a hitch. Im not sure how demanding on you guys to create or supply these files for your mac users but I think that may be the answer I need…If thats a tall order maybe you could instruct me on how to turn the .nkx into a native compressed wav or maybe even extract the actual samples from the .nkx….I could be wrong and this may be a complete waste of your life to read lol but considering what I discovered after comparing my Working vs Not Working libraries folder that seem to be an coincidence that none of the working libraries had files with nkx extensions and all the non working ones did
    Please Help a PAZER out!! :x19: :x28:

    • IntroNinja says:

      Quick question:
are you only using a legit Kontakt???
Because in my experiences, unregistered libraries will not work in a legit kontakt, because the service center calls home to validate, in which it’s recommended to join the Dark-side(LOL) and also use a cracked version of kontakt to get the best of both worlds. As of now this is all i can suggest ATM and look forward to hearing your response

  147. I Wanna be FREE says:

LOL The Force is strong on the dark side lol :x24:

I have 2 cpu’s that I use I got so frustrated that I decided to keep a legit version of K5 on one and a cracked version on the other and the same thing happens on both versions. I think it’s just a mac thing but as I stated in the previous post this only occurs when the library contains .nkx files rather than the actual wav or .ncw

is there a way to change the nkx to ncw or back to the original wav files…if not maybe and this is a BIGGGG maybe you could show us PAZer’s how awesome and a step above the rest by uploading a post with those files in them? :x19: :x40: :x35: Hey cant hurt to ask I mean you guys do your best to look out so It’s cool if thats a tall order I just hate that I cant use certain DOPE packs like this one as well as Virtual Ensemble Trilogy and LASS Legato/Full everything else is like oh well but those specifically would be the ultimate Xmas gift from PAZ!!

I too look forward to hearing your response IntroNinja and appreciate the time you take to help!! :x28:

    • IntroNinja says:

I reviewing the libraries you said that were giving you trouble and they all point to missinig .nicnt and/or plist files for MAC This is a very easy fixed for you but a headache to accomplish with multiple libraries lol..
      Here is a test File(.nicnt)
      ====================================
Move this file to Spitfire Albion III REDUX Iceni
      http://www.putlocker.com/file/AB33058235C1A71B
      =====================================
Fire up kontakt and add the library again, let me know about the magic.
Also check the whole library list it may be hiding down below lol. Cheers

  148. I Wanna be FREE says:

Wish I could say David Blain eat your heart out but No DIce IntroNinja…Unfortunately I got that same friken fraken error code as always… :x21:

Funny thing is I just downloaded the 8Dio Free Angels and it worked without a hitch and it contains no ,nicnt however it does have .ncw and wav files in the samples folder. I’ll try any suggestion you send my way but no luck on this attempt…

BTW I checked preferences and service center folders to see if the .plist or xml files were recognized so that I could delete them just in case after the first try and try to reload the library again since I think that has something to do with that call home function you mentioned but they weren’t there in any of the folders.

    Anxious to hear back :x23:

    • IntroNinja says:

Quick question, which version is your kontakt 5.1, 5.2 & 5.3
Please let me know, you and other user are having the same issues and your both are on a mac and you both have a legit k5 and a cracked one FML lol :x34: :x34: :x34: :x34: :x34: :x34: :x34: :x34: :x34: :x34: :x34: :x26:

  149. I Wanna be FREE says:

Well my legit K is the most recently updated version. Up until about a month ago I was using older versions of the crack based on on info I read on line regarding which version seemed to work best for the specific libraries I mentioned but to no real avail. I read a decent amount of comments about 5.3 thus now both versions are the most recent update. I still have a cracked version 5.2 but it seems that 5.3 works a tiny bit better but nothing probably that noticeable! Hope that helps! :x6:

    • IntroNinja says:

@I Wanna be FREE, I haven’t forgot about you, i’m still looking into it!!! Also How many versions of Kontakt 5 to you have installed(legit or cracked)… I did a test with a friend online and he uninstalled all of his kontakt 5’s. Then he installed Kontakt 5.2.1 then updated to 5.3 both cracked and all his libraries started working no patch error for Spitfire or Cinesamples. We are testing why this is happening so he installed a legit kontakt 5 and everything went to shit. Libraries were demos, some libraries were missing from the menu and it seems the root cause of this is the Service Center. More info to follow… but i think it’s placing the .xml of libraries in the legit Kontakt Service Center. Thanks :x1:

    @IntroNinja
Don’t know if this helps and you probably had this one figured out lol but my theory on the .nkx and .ncw files may have been a tad misplaced  So i just downloaded Dreamstation and it worked on my cracked version didn’t try the other yet…funny thing is its the first one to work and it only has the wallpaper file and no .nicnt I have no clue why but as you know I’m not complaining…. Just thought I would share that info since its the first one to work since I been having this issue…interested to know your thoughts TTYS

    @Introninja

YEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSS!!! So far so good bro all the libraries seem to work…I cant just drag and drop an instrument into K5 but if I add the library It works like a charm. Dont know if that will be a problem down the line but thought I would share it. Its only been one day so I wont get 100% excited lol but I have to tell ya Im 99%…is there any reason shy I have to add the library and why i cant just drag the instrument in like other files?

    :x28: :x28: :x28: :x28: :x28: :x28: :x28: :x28: :x28: :x28: :x28: :x28: :x28: :x28: :x28: :x28: :x28: :x40: :x40: :x40: :x40: :x40: :x40: :x40: :x40: :x40: :x40: :x40: :x40: :x40: :x40: :x40: :x26:

Your Welcome @I Wanna be FREE

1.Can you tell me what work for you?

2.Some libraries have to be activated(added to kontakt)so they can get registered in the service center.

3.After you added the library, the instruments in the folder can be drag & drop from quickload or main folder

      4.Get 100% excited!!!
      :x1: :x1: :x1: :x1: :x1: :x1: :x1: :x1:

  159. I Wanna be FREE says:

YEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSS Now Im alll the way over the top!!!!

    1. Well it seemed to be the saved application state folder that was the first issue but once all the files were
erased switching to a Ked K5 and then erasing all the service center xml’s and all the plists seemed to do the job.

    2. Some libraries still give me issues like kirk hunter pop string which after I erase the plist and xml and re-add I still get the activate/demo issue even tho I no longer get the encrypted error sooo thats a step forward.

    3. Was a little confused about the whole system reboot disk utility password admin stuff..
    1. In what situation would I need to do that
    2. Does that mean I have to completely erase my cpu…

    • IntroNinja says:

@I Wanna Be Free, That’s Great News :x1:

1.Nice, It’s seems this is the major problem mac users were having..Not anymore!!!

2.you shouldn’t get that message with your cracked K5 but your legit K5 will show this message
Unregistered libraries will not work with a legit K5

3.That is the last resort if all else fails, for you it’s not needed, so i say my friend have a great night

Hi Zion BRO, thanks for Spitfire Percussion REDUX V.1.3!!!

Sorry to bother you but I think I deleted the file Percussion 003.nkc, accidentally (yes, the little one, not the bigger).

When possible, can you just send me a link for Percussion 003.nkc (100 – 300 kbs), please, so I don’t have to redownload all again? I’m asking you this favor ‘cos I had already saved that file, but only now, at installation moment, I realized this little problem.

    Thanks for the help!!!
